The classic spiral form of the integrated invisibobble allows for a firm and strong grip while being gentle to the hair. Its smooth surface makes it easy to remove whilst the fine silicon grips on the inside of the hairband allows it to stay in place.

The idea for the invisibobble emerged during Sophie Trelles-Tvede‘s first semester at university, when she woke up without the dreaded headache and hair kink one morning after a party while using a telephone cord as a hair tie.

With the help of several German technicians, the design of the very first invisibobble was completed in 6 months. In 2012, the first trial launch took place in Germany, and the small firm spent 12 months gathering feedback from customers to continuously improve the product. In 2013, the invisibobble was finally introduced to the international market. Since then, international demand for the invisibobble exploded.
